Losing a loved one is one of life’s most difficult moments whether the death is expected after an illness or sudden. At Lewis Cook we care and support families personally throughout on a one to one level whether it’s 3pm or 3am, Lewis’s familiar voice is at the end of the telephone. This level of personal care matters a great deal to our family which has been evidently felt by the copious amounts of cards and the dozens of 5 star reviews we have received online.
We acknowledge funeral costs can be unexpected and it is our belief that saying goodbye should never be defined by cost which is why we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while providing excellent value.
Our costs can remain lower than other providers around us as we do not have head office management or corporate overheads. It’s simply our family caring for your family on every level.
On the day of the funeral Lewis offers to officiate the ceremony himself as a celebrant at no extra cost. (Saving each family approximately £275)

As well as a welcoming office area we have a relaxed living room setting where we make the arrangements and provide a nicely furnished chapel of rest where family and friends can visit to pay their respects.
